School Improvement Plan
Senior Leadership teams use a School Improvement Plan (SIP) as their main source of information to outline their strategic plans for the growth of their school. A school's stated principles will serve as the foundation for a school improvement plan, which outlines the steps and resources required to accomplish the goals.

AJH has identified family and community engagement as a building priority for the 2024-25 school year and beyond. AJH has a strong history of communicating with families through traditional means (Back to School Activities, Family Conferences, Teacher to Family Communication.) This year, we will expand on this work by offering community engagement nights onsite at AJH. The purpose of these activities is to bridge gaps between school and marginalized communities. We hope to partner with the PSD and community partners to complete this work. Our first community engagement night will focus on our Hispanic/Latina community.
